Property Needs You Challenge - terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The competition is open to both individuals or teams, however eligibility to win the lead prize of an internship is restricted to individuals and teams aged 16 years or older.

1.2 Employees of Property Needs You, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Entrants must meet any specific eligibility criteria outlined in the competition announcement.

2. How to Enter: 2.1 Entrants must fill out the relevant form detailed on https://www.propertyneedsyou.com/property-needs-you-challenge to be considered.

2.2 Entrants as individuals or teams will be considered. Only one entry per person or team is allowed.

2.3 Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not adhere to the specified format may be disqualified.

3. Prize: 3.1 The top prize consists of a one of five professional internship at participating professional property firms, with specific details to be communicated to the winner. Runners up prizes consist of a professional visit from the Property Needs You team, provision of a professional careers workshop to the winning organisation and follow up, with specific details to be communicated to the winner.

3.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

3.3 Both the internship and the workshops are subject to the terms and conditions set by the participating organisations and may require the winner/s to adhere to a specific start date and duration.

4. Winner Selection: 4.1 Winners will be selected by an appointed judging panel based on the criteria outlined in the competition announcement.

4.2 The decision of the judges is final.

5. Notification of Winners: 5.1 Winners will be notified by email within a reasonable time after the judging process is complete.

5.2 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 month, Property Needs You reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement.

6. Publicity: 6.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree to participate in any promotional activities associated with the competition, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes.

7. Data Protection: 7.1 Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Property Needs You privacy policy.

8. General Conditions: 8.1 Property Needs You reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating these terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process.

8.2 Property Needs You reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event that it becomes unable to conduct the competition as planned.

8.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.

9. Acceptance of Terms: 9.1 Participation in the competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9.2 Property Needs You reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
